libktpwidgets9 software package provides KDE Telepathy common internal widgets library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libktpwidgets9
libktpwidgets9 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libktpwidgets9 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libktpwidgets9 *
You will get with libktpwidgets9 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
